Hello! My name is Janelle Aguilon, APN
I’m grateful you’re here.

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) equipped with over 10 years of healthcare experience to support you and your mental health. I believe in safe, high-quality care. Knowing that mental wellbeing is not just about medications, I lead with a holistic mindset. I enjoy getting to know my patients, supporting their right they feel heard, and making sure that they feel as comfortable as possible with their treatment.

I specialize in working with children, young adults, and individuals struggling with trauma/PTSD so that people can feel safe in their own bodies, build emotional resilience with a sense of control, and create a more peaceful life.​​

  • We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, United, Select Health, Oxford, and Oscar.

    Self-pay rates are $290 for first appointments and $150 for follow up appointments.

    Superbills are available by request.

  • Referrals are not required to start care. Instead we ask all new patients to submit this quick form (link above). After its submission and review, we’ll contact you if we have questions. Otherwise, you’ll receive some emails to complete the next step.

  • The main email you’ll receive is a request to complete our online questionnaire and forms. Once submitted, the link will redirect you to our online booking page to schedule your appointment. You’ll also receive a patient portal invitation. Lastly if you’re using insurance, you’ll receive a Headway or Alma account invitation to complete.*

    *Headway and Alma accounts are only utilized to process your billing and insurance information. You may ignore your Headway or Alma account and its emails unless you have a question about billing or insurance. Patients who are private pay will not be given a Headway or Alma account.

  • As we are a virtual clinic, all our appointments are conducted via private Google Meet links. We’re a technology forward clinic and heavily use our patient portal to send back and forth information in between appointments. Included in the portal are other features to to conveniently manage your care on-demand.
