  • Not all mental health conditions can simple be explained as chemical imbalances.

Trauma isn’t something that just happened in the past - it can feel like a weight you carry every single day. It may show up for you as constant anxiety that prevents you from being safe, even in your own bed. Or maybe it’s the nightmares, flashbacks, or emotional numbness that makes it hard to connect with what’s going on in reality. Perhaps you find yourself stuck in patterns of fear, self-doubt, or avoidance. No matter how much time has passed, somehow you just can’t move on or feel like you’re strong enough.

We recognize trauma comes in many forms, from a single life-altering even to a series of small but deeply impactful, repeated experiences. We want to understand not what you’re dealing with today, but how your past brought you here so that can understand the core of your story and help you heal.

We understand the mental health challenges of the Washington community

  • Washington is home to thriving industries including technology, healthcare, aerospace, education, and manufacturing. While these opportunities can be rewarding, many professionals experience chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and difficulty maintaining work-life balance. We help individuals navigate workplace pressures while supporting their emotional wellbeing and long-term mental health.

  • Washington’s colleges, universities, and competitive academic programs can create significant pressure for students. Whether you’re balancing coursework, career planning, social expectations, or managing ADHD and anxiety, we provide supportive psychiatric care that fits into a student’s busy schedule.

  • Balancing work, childcare, school activities, and household responsibilities can feel overwhelming. Many parents struggle with stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional exhaustion while trying to care for everyone else. We support parents and families by creating treatment plans that are practical, flexible, and tailored to their unique needs.

  • The demands of modern life can leave many people feeling constantly overwhelmed. Between work obligations, financial concerns, social pressures, and everyday responsibilities, anxiety and chronic stress have become increasingly common. We help patients develop a personalized treatment approach that promotes greater balance, resilience, and peace of mind.

  • Washington’s climate brings shorter daylight hours and extended periods of cloudy weather throughout parts of the year. For some individuals, these seasonal changes can contribute to low energy, mood changes, increased anxiety, or symptoms of seasonal depression. We help patients understand and manage these challenges with evidence-based treatment options.

  • Children, teens, and adults with ADHD or autism often face unique challenges at school, work, and in relationships. Difficulties with focus, organization, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, or social interactions can impact daily life. We provide individualized support that recognizes each person’s strengths while helping them develop strategies for success and wellbeing.
